This is a frequently encountered need and one where our mobile practice has distinct benefits to clients. The ability to see the pet in her own environment is a significant benefit when developing a plan of action to defeat a behavior problem. We can provide advice regarding the correction of problems such as excessive barking, chewing, spraying, scratching, digging, house soiling, anxiety, and aggression. Most behavior problems can be solved with behavior modification techniques. Infrequently, natural alternatives or prescription medications may be needed for a short period of time. We have created this form for clients who have difficulty calling to discuss the topic of end of life services for their pet.
HousePaws Cancellation Policy
We continue to experience an increase in pet owners missing scheduled appointments. For the time when treating a pet’s medical condition is no longer possible, euthanasia offers a humane ending to a well-loved life for your pet. HousePaws offers euthanasia appointments in the comforts of your home or in our hospital. If a mobile appointment is not cancelled at least 12 hours in advance we will require a cancellation fee equivalent to a travel fee for your area that must be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment. After a second cancellation of a mobile appointment, without 12 hours notice, you will be responsible for the cost of a doctor’s exam for each pet scheduled and the travel fee.

The many benefits of laser include:
The former law office was redesigned by my husband, Dr Brad Anderson, with modern surgery, kennel, radiology facilities and a suite of exam and consultation rooms–all with a comfortable home-like feel. Not too long after that, our expanding business in new service areas led to the creation of veterinary hospitals in Atco, New Jersey and Morrisville, Pennsylvania. More recently, HousePaws started mobile service in the Bergen County, New Jersey area. HousePaws started out as Dr Lisa’s Mobile Veterinary Service in 2010, with me and one veterinary technician working from my minivan. After developing a business plan and working with some community business partners in getting over hurdles of funding and incorporation of the new practice, we were on the road! Word quickly spread about what we were doing in the South Jersey area and the business really took off.
Laboratory Services
If you choose the private cremation service, Hamilton Pet Meadows will return your pet to us in a simple, but elegant box with a plaque with your pet’s name. Once we have your pet’s ashes, we will contact you to see if you would like the ashes delivered, or if you would prefer to pick them up from one of our locations. Please note that some compounded medications must be prepared through specialized pharmacies that serve both human and pet patients. We can recommend and send compounded prescriptions to specialized pharmacies in each of our service areas.
HousePaws understands the impact that losing a pet can have on a person or a family. It happened that the client who experienced that loss was a landscape designer, so the two worked together, along with tile artist Kathy Casper, to design the Mount Laurel memorial garden. This is a place where clients can come to reflect on lost pets or enjoy the beauty of flowering plants and an ornamental pond filled with friendly fish. The garden connects our community of loving clients and patients in one place with memorial tiles created at our annual memorial events, and memorial pavers dedicated to pets and available for purchase. A memorial garden is in the works for Morrisville and Atco hospitals in the spring of 2020 and beyond. Look for information on these garden features and our memorial events on the events listing on this website, our facebook page or email newsletters.

This alignment promotes increased agility, endurance, and overall performance. Broader benefits include superior immune function, healthier metabolism and a vibrant nervous system, facilitating your animal’s natural ability to heal. Chiropractic care can enhance the quality of your pet’s life in the long term, promoting the benefits of an active and healthy lifestyle well into his later years. An older customer I’d often help bought me a book called All Creatures Great and Small to thank me for helping him pick out good movies. To enable us to provide the best care to all of our patients, please see below for details regarding cancellation of appointments with our veterinary practice.
Our mobile vet team brings high-quality, compassionate veterinary care to you, keeping your pets healthy in the comfort and convenience of your home. MISSION STATEMENTHope For Paws is a 501(c)3 organization that rescues animals in the Los Angeles area and beyond in an effort to end animal homelessness, neglect, and abuse. We also save hundreds of injured animals from different shelters and provide them with the best medical care. The animals then continue to foster homes until we find them loving forever homes.
We encourage you to think about what location would be best for your family. Some families choose to have an appointment with us first to discuss the procedure and meet the veterinarian. Other families choose to set up an appointment at the right time for the pet without an appointment prior.
